    Server is back up.. but that had to disable some features in addition to the features which were disabled a short while ago when the server was down for a few days:

    Hello Everyone



    Due to the critical issue mentioned previously; we will have to disable house chests, and the tax feature. We will be working to provide a proper solution, however with this the server can be returned online immediately. Expect a follow-up patch at a later date which will re-enable house chests and taxes.

    Thats one of the old release ones we actually reported back when they first implemented the tax (back when locking the chest of a building in construction would immediately crash the server).

    From what I've heard, there was a new bug enabling anyone to open any house chest, locked or not.

    i heard it was because people were using it to teleport aronud randomly so they could use it to teleport out of trouble by using it on a destroyed house.

    there are 2 types of mmo, imitators and innovaters.
