What 3 thing is most important to make MMORPG?

What the 3 thing is the most important to make MMORPG?  Not talking about good community.... the game itself.

List 3 and explain each why:

1. Freedom-  Linear game is boring, holding hand and telling u where to go same path as everyone else.  I want do what I want and go whereever I want to level up and stuff.

2. Combat system- Combat has to be fun.  Very Annoying if you get  1 OHKO hit from Boss and no chance to try escape the fate and recover(dodge, jump, or run and heal or what not)  Abiliity to dodge attacks like war spells or arrows.

3. Skill based- Build what you want with experince points or such like that.  All skills lay down to your face and you choose what to build from beginning to end.

    The problem with MMORPG"s is most of them only focus on 3 things. It takes hundreds of things to make a good mmorpg.

    Art style and graphics - The type of graphics are the most important to me. I know people keep saying gameplay > graphics. Sorry I care about graphics, I am not touching a game that doesn't have graphics that appeal to me, they don't need to be next-gen, just appealing to me.

    Cosey Areas and towns - I like towns where I can relax in and not fight.

    Size of the world - It needs to be HUGE, Vanguad huge, wide open, adventure. No instances.

    1. Immersion - A living, breathing world. Even if I don't pay attention whilst running about it has to feel like a real world and not just a bunch of zones set up for quests. The storyline should rival any novel. Why I WoWed but never did "end game".

    2. The Enemy(Factions)- I need to be fighting for a reason. For something and against something else, not random killing. And NPCs alone don't cut it, humans make it real. The principal reason I quit AoC, and eventaully WoW.

    3. Combat - Fast, furious and lethal. I prefer my FPSs on Hardcore-more (one shot, instant death). Combat should be a quick exchange of blows leading to victory/defeat, not bashing away like the mob is an over-active mining node. And there needs to be a real threat of defeat from all mobs.
