I got the email today saying that the time expired, but never got the email that the free period was starting. I had no idea it was even going on until I got the cancel notice today. It didn't end up in spam either.
I checked at another forum and the same thing happened to four others there. I asked Trion if they could extend it for me so that I could see the changes, their response was pretty much "No." I complained again and they are sending the whole issue up to Tier 3 support, at which point I just told them not to bother.
If getting me to see your game is that difficult that it takes four separate tickets, it's just not worth my time. Or Trion's, evidently.

It was July 13th - 19th. It was for all those who canceled prior to June 24th.

I find it rather funny that a game has a "Welcome Back Week" within 5 months of its release.
Have THAT many people left already? I know I didn't last a month of playing and I was already bored with it.
It took lotro 2 years before they started that welcome back week stuff, then the welcome back week ends.
That tells me they are bleeding subs.
