There's not a lot of info on it. It seems as though endgame stuff is almost an afterthought to Bioware. I mean we know more about the legacy reroll system than we do about pvp. Not a good sign.
Just based on the fact we're only a few months from release, I'm guessing they will throw something wintergraspy together real quick just to say "hey look, we have pvp stuff besides warzones."
Also, I don't recall them ever confirming an entire plane just for pvp. That's still a rumor at this point. At SDCC they mentioned a planet dedicate to solo players, but nothing specifically about pvp.
I don't know, it seems like they have given us a fair amount of information on PVP. Like some of the previous posters have stated, we know it is in, there are PVP servers, there are FFA PVP zones, there are battlegrounds, etc. It sounds like they have all of the standard PVP features you would expect in a themepark MMO.
I was personally hoping for something new or different than what we see in WoW for PVP, but so far I haven't heard of anything.
