Building trust: Customer service

CS is without a doubt an essential part of the gaming industry. To describe the various experiences of how customer service I'll quote the title (or some of it) of a brilliant western: Good, bad and ugly. Trion is well known for their caring support. I remember how, at launch, a customer was having issues with early access and wrote an email to the support. He recieved an answer not long after from an employee writing from his Iphone. As far as I remember, the particular issue was resolved quickly and during off-hours.

Recently I came across this article at TORwars.com which indicates that BioWare certainly knows the importance of quality customer service. We can only hope they will continue this form of service after the launch of TOR. :)

    If bioware really cared...they would launch the game now!  LOL..jk

    Na but seriously another 3-4 months is just agonizing to me , and all these post about the game dont help either.

    That was a very well thought out system. Hopefully, customer service on live will be as well thought out.
