Kabam, Inc. developer of Facebook game 'Kingdoms of Camelot', have stolen from players of their game in attempts to recoup losses that had occured when an exploit had been discovered in their player item gifting mechanics.
Players had taken advantage of this exploit and gifted eachother game Item's that normally had to be bought using virtual currency that was gained by real world currency for their virtual currency.
As a response to the situation Kabam, Inc. disabled Item gifting in an attempt to stop players from gaining more items . Then, later going through player inventories and indiscriminately removing items, legit or not.
Players have taken up arms against Kabam, Inc. some having gone as far as declaring that Class Action Lawsuits will be filed against them for virtual property that had been stolen from them.
