Just a poll I was wondering about, how many did preorder and how many didn't of the persons who consider in buying and playing SWTOR. For example, I considered preordering but in the end didn't (also because within a few days it was 'preordered out' while I was still making up my mind).
The poll is just for those who consider buying and playing SWTOR, it'd make no sense to ask the question if they preordered to people who have no intention of playing SWTOR at all.

I pre-ordered the CE and after being in beta, I'm more impatient for the release/early access. I can't wait to play with everybody.

No, didn't pre-order, but no slam against SWTOR, I decided to stop doing pre-orders and wait to see how titles shape up a month or so down the road.

I pre-ordered and even went so far as to get the CE. So did my 15 year old son (who worked a summer job to earn the money for it himself). Fact is I trust BioWare and I have seen enough stuff that I like, that the few things I am neutral or unhappy about I am willing to overlook. Especially since they are almost all on the "Wall of Crazy".

I played Rift before buying and it was a great idea, cause I didn't end up buying
Pre-ordered the DDE. I didn't feel the VIP store was worth the extra $70.
I ordered the standard edition.
Its probably not, but I'm banking on getting $70-$100 back when I sell the Darth Malgus statue on eBay. I don't care about it, but there appear to be quite a few collector's that will want it, being the only place to get it is through the SW:TOR CE.

Yes, I pre ordered the CE edition.
Played WOW (5 years), AOC, AO, EQ2,AC2, Horizons, Saga of Ryzom, SWG, CO, STO(Beta),ROM, Allods, and many other F2P titles. Asl been in beta for many of the main titles and played countless SP games. I have been gaming for 15+ years!
No without NDA lift nor open beta i'm not preordering. I will wait one month after release.
