it wasn't fun. There are a lot of things wrong with it, but it's just no fun. this is just my opinion, of course.

The only problem i have with eq2 is I wish they made finding mobs to solo a tinge more easier. I am almost always without a group because it takes so long to find one, then when you do most of the time we are standing around waiting for everyone, then we die and half the people leave.. the same ol grouping problems.

Is there really a need to have thirty threads dealing with why people didn't like the game? This thread has been done before. If you feel it so important you have to tell people why you don't like a game, please, do it in an already exsisting thread. And not to be rude, but I don't think many people care if you like it or not. If someone likes it, they'll play it. If they don't, than they won't. Your opinion probably won't sway anyone.

EQ 2 sux!!! i dunno how anyone can like this game!!!! Stupid stuff like having to group and the instancing!!!! WTF!!! SOE has messed up this game!!! I'll give it till DnL and GW comes out then we'll see how "good" it is!!!

And how did I know you were 13 by looking? 10 bucks says hes a WoW fanboy. How can anyone like this game? Pretty easy theres tons of customization and things to do. Maybe you should keep your ignorant, biased opinion to yourself because you know what? No one wants to hear it. Your say isn't worth a nickel to anyone.

Umbrood, I said for people to post there problems in a thread thats already been created, not to start a new one. I would also say this forum is mostly for questions about the game not one sentence rantings about why someone didn't like it. It's been done before. Maybe you would have picked up on that if you actually took time to read my post.

You need to stay online to trade so gametime counts for nothing in EQ series.MY EQ2 game time would be close to 24/7 because i am in trade mode most of it.

Yeah, that's an odd thing about having to be logged on and basically sitting in your house to sell. Why doesnt sony comeup with an auction house or something where you dont have to stay logged on all night. I had a freind send me lots of tells and he got mad @ me because I didn't respond. I told him the next day that I was afk and was selling. i guess there are people who never logoff of EQ2.

hey, I wonder if Sony did that on purpose to make it look like more people were playing. just a thought, one that will likely stir up a big ol hornets nest

If you think about how they dealt with ( in a brilliant manner in my opinion ) player housing so that everyone could have housing within the city itself then the way they did it makes sense to a degree. You CAN put your items on a broker to have them sold though, I don't know why everyone makes such a deal out of this. Camelot put a 20% markup on items if you buy them through the market explorer and no one raised hell about that but EQ II puts a 10% markup to list something on a broker and its unacceptable. I am sorry I just don't get it.
