Thread Starters Can Lock Their Own Thread.

It would be cool to add a feature where if someone starts a thread and it gets out of hand, they can lock their own thread. You can't lock other people's threads, but you could lock any thread that you initiated.
Fact: In the United States, 4% of all children are born with a heart defect.
Fact: Only 1% of those has Ebstein's Anomaly.
Fact: My daughter is in that 1%.
