the beastmaster!cat isnt in the house!

in Rift

ok been trying for a while to finish this quest ,when i am in there flute summoning say success but we never saw the cat ,been trying 5 time this quest in realm of the fae,for:THE PRINCE PAL(achievement)
any know some tip how to complete this!

    tried that video aint working had found a video that is tho and like i say the cat dont show up that is why i was hopping to have feed back from somebody that has done it!
    do i need to clear the area so that the cat dont get ganked by the npc around etc ,saw him come he come from the higher level area and walk in the zone where we summon him
    but that was in a video

    worked today,we cleared the area till there (wich i never do)
    i walked close to the place without touching the rock, used the flute and it summoned the cat
    dont know wich part was the thing that triggered but finally done.now i am at the higher level part level 36
