Where can I find a merchant?

in Guild Wars

I just started my free trial of Guild Wars and playing Prophecies.  Where can I find a merchant to sell the stuff in my inventory that I don't need???

    Towns and outposts will always merchants. A few merchants will exist outside of the towns and outposts.

    If you press ALT, it will show up all the names of nearby NPC's. Just run around town with ALT pushed down until you find a merchant.
