I need alittle help

I created a dps war (par, champ, rb) duel wielding of course who is currently lvl 14 and I just recently purchased a new role to tank (pally, war, reav) when going to dungeons. I can't find a shield anywhere for my lvl! There isn't a vendor that sells any in sanctum that I could find or argent glade, the auction ones are way over my lvl, my guilds banks are also over my lvl. I realize that I could select one as a reward for a quest but being that the tank is secondary that I will only use for dungeons and dps is my first role I am most likely going to pick the one handed weapon. I just need any shield so I can at least use for obviously to block and to use the pally's skills. I play this character only with a friend of mine and I want to get a shield before we do the first 3 dungeons so I can fulfill the role as tank. So please if there is anything that I missed or overlooked or if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.

   If I remember right an Armorsmith can make a tin shield for your level. I think it only took about 6 bars of Tin to make them.

Also , I know I had a lot of quests that gave shields as rewards, I don't remember which but I am sure a saerch on some site might find them.

do runs as dps. a shield will drop eventually, and if the tank doesn't need it, roll for it
