lfg crafting player based economy

Looking for crafting player based economy game pref free i looked at earthrise but it has a small population.

    Eve has the best one in my opinion. There are other crafting games, such as Haven and Hearth, A Tale in the Desert, Istaria, and Wurm Online.

    Fallen Earth has has a player-based economy that relies almost entirely on crafted items.

    It is a very deep and fun system, and players can choose to be a crafter and very viable combat

    character as well. I have been a subscriber for well over a year, and the game goes free-to-play

    on 12 october, with few restrictions on free accounts.

    Motral online ROFL i was crazy enough to waste money on that pile of crap it's not not worth paying for it still in alpha stage as far

    as game development goes, its buggy as hell not much to do in it , i have played free games that offered more.

    Im looking for star wars galaxy pre cu type crafting something similar.

    Good luck on that. Im a 7 year vet from SWG and i havent even come close to finding anything close to SWG. I guess i got so use to all the features, playing any mmo that doesnt have what im use to, i get bored with quickly.

     

    And why does everyone keep saying SWG pre-cu crafting? The crafting system was always the same even after the changes to the game. Harvesters for mineral, hunting for hide/bone/meat, fishing, yadda yadda................. Only difference was the exceptional loot items such as krayt tissues for example were no longer used. But the mechanics of crafting were the same. Very few changes to the system.

    Only 1 game has had a truly Crafter based economy. Pre-CU SWG.

    Since SWG is generally considered a "failure" even though is was a "success" for it's time, anything associated with Pre-CU SWG will never be seen again.

     

    Crafter based economy=Decay+Changing Resource Guality+Crafters make the best. Repeat sales based on Decay, "Best" keeps changing regularly and only Crafters make the "Best" is the ONLY true Crafting based economy.

    Pardon me but, aren't a number of independent studios trying to create that exact thing? Not to mention the one...I mentioned?

    Forgive the quality of resource not changing, but there's more than one way to diversify a craft system. I can see by your post history that your a serious SWG:Pre CU fanboi, but I'm a serious UO fanboi so hi5.

    Try sound more positive lol.

     While I admit to a lack of Dawntide knowledge, unless you have shifting Resources Qualities, it does not have a "True" and LONG term Crafting based Economy.

     

    Without out that, all you have is a short term grind to making the "Best" and the "Best" will always be the same. No repeat business.

    Regarless, I have yet to see a game where the "Best" is Crafted. Raiding/Instancing is where you get the "Best" in games nowadays.

    It does exist actually a Pre CU SWG is currently up and working at  http://www.swgemu.com/

    No time machine needed.
