Good live streaming site for games?

Im looking for a website that i can stream myself playing games thats actually good quaitly 

 

anyone have any ideas?

    twitch.tv seems popular, havent looked on if they charge or how though.

    Twitch.tv. Quality is judged on your internet connection.

    everytime i go there it like makes me go to justin.tv

     

    plus it makes me download this thing called dyyno and i have to like pay to get more then 10 free broadcasts

    Own3d.tv or Twitch.tv will be your best bet. For streaming to these sites the easiest is with a program called XSplit (its still free for now) otherwise use Flash Media Encoder and VHScrCap (Free).

    ok im using xsplit but im confused on how to use it lol
