need a sticky thread that looks something like this
how to ask questions about a new build:
1. what is your purpose for the build
2. what is your budget of the build
3. when do you need the build to be completed
4. where on the globe are you located
5. are you technically capable of building your own machine(or know someone who is willing to help) or do you need to have the machine built for you
6. what kind of machine/components are you using right now.
i'm sure quizzy would like to add more to this thread. this is just to get him started:D

That more or less is the 'auto-ignore' feature of any forum. Almost no one reads them, or if they do happen to click on them, they don't follow them.
i found this online, big info giver and helper i think. maybe we should have something like these stickied.
