Not receiving free trial key...

Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong?

 

I go to there website and click the free trial offer on the right hand side. It brings me to a registration screen. I finish that and then tells me I have to authorize my email. I do that and it brings me back to account management. When I try to log into the game after this point it just tells me "Error #2002 You are not authorized to play this game" I did some googling and people were saying you need to apply the trial key in your account management. The problem is I never recieved a key (it wasnt in the email).

So does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You can call them. That sounds really wierd. What does it say under manage games?
