1. Customization (including character creation, UI, ship and companion customization)
I'm expecting the basics in the likes of character customization. Race, class, facial structure, hair (if any), facial features but no real outfit customization beyond buying dyes from a vendor. UI... I've seen that I'll be able to choose from a selection of raid UI's, which is great for me who wants to play a tank & healer (need different ones for each). As long as I can move everything else around I'll be fine. Companion customization... I've already heard that I can change their armors and that's really good enough for me. Ship... don't care.
2. Re-playbility & Unique story content (amount of unique story quests per class)
Seeing how I only plan on playing a Sith Warrior & a Smuggler; then as long as each provides me with an engaging story whilst I level, until GW2 comes out, then I'm good content wise.
3. Exploration
It's a linear, quest-based themepark and I'm on-board for the ride. Don't really care to explore in the game, when I'll be playing it like a typical singleplayer RPG.
4. End Game PVE
Flashpoints, Operations & Dallies... That's all I really expect. I just hope that the Flashpoints are truly challenging and that they don't listen to the idiots that want it nerfed. Also I hope the daillies can provide a unique experience, like Rift's DRR (Daily Raid Rifts).
5. End Game PVP
Not sure if I'll enjoy it, after my experience with Rift's PvP and how imbalanced the classes and PvP gear system was. Also I hate being forced to queue with a bunch of randoms and winding up with a team with no healers and I just don't see how SW:TOR will fix this. I'll try it of course and the World PvP on a PvP server, but I just don't see myself enjoying it as much.
In the end SW:TOR will just be my filler MMO (just like Rift is now) until Guild Wars 2 comes out, because these games have something that will never allow me to stick with them... a monthly fee.

Really eager to play SWTOR soon…I guess it will live up to all the hype and expectations.
