Hello. Hello, I hope everyone is having a fine day, and if you are not I hope tomorrow is better.
Now then, let me go into greater detail. I am currently playing La Tale (and spending some money on the cash shop) I enjoy it, but the grind is getting rather excessive (me being level 111) I am only 29 levels away from my classes sub job and such, so I suppose I'll play the game casually until then. Now then.
I have come to terms with myself (after...8 yearsish of playing MMOs) that the only ones I can truly see myself playing for more than 3 weeks are P2P games. When I was playing FFXI, I saw myself reaching endgame (which I did). I can see myself doing it with the multiple F2P games that I have played, but really I always think, what am I going to do at the cap? Like right now, I'm thinking, I'm going to hit 140 in La Tale, get Duelist, get Blade Slinger, and then what? Max out my gear, struggle to hit 19x and then sit there and talk or something? I don't know... Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking for the ZOMG! HARDCORE endgame crowd, but I do want to know that when I hit max, there are things for me to do. I'm looking for a game (most likely P2P, although if a F2P one like this exists, I will praise you like a God) that has a healthy amount of End Game content.
The path to get there, I would prefer if it weren't hell, but if its worth it, I'll do it.
I tend to game hop (you've all seen the multiple topics of asking for a new game and such) but, I tend to hop between the same 3-4 games. It used to go like so, there was my quality end-game goal game ala FFXI (Its been booted off -Glares at SE-) Then there was my pvp game Grandchase, Mabinogi was on the rotation as well...But, thanks to circumstances, all three have been taken off. The other two games can easily be found (I'm looking at Eden Eternal (again) Dragon Nest and DFO now, for my cheap entertainment game (until I start cashing that is @.@))
And all of that has led to this. I humbly ask you, the community here at MMORPG.com of a game like the one I stated above. A friendly community helps (a lot) in finding groups for end game stuff (mid-game too).
Also, since I have taken my brothers computer for a while (until I can get a better one) I am able to play pretty much anything (yay) so...if you were kind enough to read this MASSIVE wall of text, I thank you whole-heartedly and I thank you again for your response.
I wish you all an enjoyable day.

Runescape is ftp (with a p2p model that unlocks more content) and they have tons of minigames, quests that are actually unique, fun and challenging, new events every year for every holiday, and a skill they call dungeoneering, that's basically randomly generated dungeons with puzzles you have to solve either solo or with a party, and it's available to ftp. Theres tons of rewards you can earn through dungeoneering. And they constantly add content for both ftp and p2p (mainly p2p, though, obviously)
Oh and you don't have to get maxed out before you can do all these things.
The downside to this game is it's click to move...

maybe mabinogi
well, Runescape is way different from what it was a long time ago... you should check it out again...
they even finally decided to let you turn off the chat filter in the options menu... and the old wilderness pk is also back, as well as unrestricted trade... rediculously better graphics compared to before... real support for guilds... a real auction house like thing (better than a standard auction house imo, now that they removed the price restrictions)... and you gotta at least check out dungeoneering (did I mention its available for f2p?)... oh and theres even a really easy dungeon in lumbridge that hands out noob loot to get rid of noob beggars, and it actually works pretty well...

Aion seems like a common suggestion. Personally never played and there is always end game which could be considered an "ending".
