Guys have any of you heard the rumour of a new mechwarrior being looked at? I have heard a rumour that there is at least some consideration being thrown it's way and that they was looking at a more RPG type format (the examples I have heard is SWG and EVE).
Just curious since MW is what originally got me into gaming...

The game will only support 12 vs. 12 combat, that is even less than MW4 could support on a LAN/IP connection. It isn't really an MMORPG so much as GW is...

Arrrrggh looks good but M$ will remake it by the time it gets finished. and with only 12 vs 12 that is more like a computer base war game than a MMORPG ......

They haven't updated the website since oct 1 2004... Anyone have any idea if the game is being released soon or no? The site says late summer 2005... I've been waiting for a 'mech based mmorpg with little or no hope, any feedback is appreciated.

no luck buddy, another person on my 'mech thread said they scrapped it because Microsoft wouldn't renew the Battletech liscence. sorry, I'm just as dissapointed.
