is there anyone here that doesnt want to play wow anymore that might want to consider giving  there account im looking to get on and my friends dont want to wait forever for me to get a key for the game so i can play so if anyone has one they dont want let me know by either messageing me or by email.image

    You know I'm really going to have to look into the legality of all this. I mean I paid for the disks, if I want to sell them to someone else then I should be able to. I'm not asking $100 USD for them, just $50, heck I'd even delete my characters if that made everyone feel better.

    If I buy a house no one can tell me I can't sell it, so why should someone be able to tell me I can't sell my disks? I paid for a license, if I want to transfer that license to someone else, as long as I remove it from my computer, I can't see that being illegal.

    Definately going to have to look into that.

    Um, because a house and an account are two totally different things?  WoW has copyrighted their images and products, and you are just a correspondant of their products.  If you read the TOS (you know, that thing you're SUPPOSED to read, but just scroll down to the bottom and press accept?) they have registered their company and products and have copyrighted their materials as "their property."  If you've heard of plagurism, then you should know that selling copyrighted material is strictly against the law and can result in law suits and hefty fines.

    Of course, in the MMORPG world, there is always going to be accounts being sold.  Why?  Because of the simple flaw in copyright.  Time.
