So I'm checking my email and I happen to come across this...

Now, I know for a fact, I would have recalled getting invited to this beta... (really, I dig through spam folders just to make sure something "important" doesn't slip by.)

What does one do in this type of situation? lol   probably s.o.l. at this point I assume.

    Here's what Bioware had to say:

    Earlier today, two e-mails were sent to members of the Star Wars: The Old Republic community. These e-mails were sent to a larger group than intended, and have caused some confusion in the community. We can confirm that these e-mails were from EA and BioWare and apologize for any confusion they have caused. Please note that receiving these e-mails does not affect your chances to be invited to test the game. Thank you all for your understanding!

    Yeah, I just found that article and thanks again!

    I suppose on the plus side, I did get invited to 'Wrath of Heroes' closed beta around the same time I recieved the swtor beta survey.. lol    ..oh well
