From everything I've heard, the dungeons will be a big challenge for 5 people. I don't think 3-4 would have much luck. The story mode will take 5 reasonably competent players on their game...the explorable mode will take 5 excellent players working in perfect concert. We've heard about several play tests where groups were wiping over and over. Dungeons are designed to be very challenging 5-person content.
