City of Heroes: Fight Crime in Style Contest!

With the recent launch of City of Heroes: Freedom, MMORPG.com and NCsoft have partnered up for the "Fight Crime in Style" contest where one lucky winner could win 5 years (60 months) of VIP subscription time to City of Heroes: Freedom and be flown out to Paragon Studios to have their hair cut using a Flowbee by Matt "Positron" Miller!
In addition to the grand prize detailed above, ten winners will receive 1 year (12 months) of VIP subscription time.
So, how do you enter for a chance to win these awesome prizes? Simply reply to the comment thread below with a screenshot (please use a thumbnail if it is too large!) of your most snazzy looking Hero or Villain, preferably in an action pose, such as fighting crime or flying through the city. Please only post one image of your character.
The grand prize winner as well as the ten prize winners will be selected by MMORPG.com staff.
The contest begins today (9AM EST) October 7, 2011 and entries will be accepted through 9AM EST on October 14, 2011.
Restrictions below:
• This contest will be open only to residents in North America (including Canada).
• Paragon Studios and the Grand Prize winner will agree upon a mutually convenient date and time.
• The Grand Prize winner must schedule the trip within 90 days of accepting the grand prize.
• NCsoft will provide the winner with the flight, accommodation options to choose from. Air travel must be done in coach.
• Submissions must be original and not infringe on existing Intellectual Properties.
• NCsoft will pay for up to one night of lodging at a hotel of NCsoft’s choice.
• Car rental will not be provided. NCsoft will arrange for car services to/from airport and location of haircut.
• All winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification of being notified by MMORPG.COM.
o It’s at MMORPG.COM’s discretion to award to another individual.
• All winners must have a City of Heroes account (Free, Premium or VIP) in order to receive their prizes.

Question: Does this include Quebec? About 99% of contests online have the additional restriction of "except Quebec". Can I participate in this contest, our am I screwed again by my Province of residence?

This is my Hero/Villain Leonine Luminary. He's both refined, yet brutal in his tailored suit and wrapped knuckles. He's bestial, yet civilized as a Lion-headed Human. He's got pride and a huge ego, but also has a soft spot for the people. This guy loves dressing snazzy, and won't go out to fight crime until he's got his mane combed and his outfit clean and crisp. Image is important to him.
