PvP focused MMO?

I know MMO's suck now but if theres gotta be one that tops PvP. Im talking about PvP as a whole: Combat, PvP Reward, Active Community. I started AoC and Im liking it so far but i dont know how the PvP is or rewards for it. I played Aion for the first couple of months it was out and quit after level 37. It was getting realllyyyy rediculus to level because there were a lack of quests and it was all grind but i heard they fixed alot. I also tried and liked Requiem but once again i dont know about the PvP system. I dont mind if its F2P or P2P ill most likley end up paying anyway. I just want to start up an MMO that I can get into a guild and the PvP is good. Thanks guys

its borderline MMO, but world of tanks is decent.
