(Hardcore) Endgame Progression - No RP - Europe - PvE Server

General Information

We are a group made up from a variety of different mmo's, guilds and backgrounds, with players playing in all levels of raiding guilds including up to top 10 guilds in the world, completing all the content and challenges available in that time.
Starting out more casual and community-oriented in SWTOR,we're now 100% dedicated to endgame.

If you’re looking for a stable guild to call home, to progress in your SWTOR raiding career while having fun and believe you are the right player for us, you should be able to find what you seek in our guild, so please take your time and read this short and informative post.

We're a fairly small guild consisting of humorous and competitive guys. Raiding is our passion, and we've always been into top guild's like in World of Warcraft, LoTR, EVE ect.

As you might have noticed, your goal is Pve and solely that.
We do have non-raiders and casuals, those are mostly friends to the raiders of the guild, but we do not actively promote socials or PvP in general.
But you are free to do what you wish with your time as far as you come ready and focused to raids.
We are not recruiting pvp minded people since we're not that kind of a guild, and we're not looking for that kind of people.

The goals of Surruption

Our main goal is to have fun whilst pushing the game to its fullest PvE-wise.
We only recruit hardcore raiders with previous MMO experience (Heroic ect), we dont recruit for casual spots.
We're trying to be a small sized guild.

What we look for in an applicant

• mature when the time calls for it.
• able to raid 4+ nights a week, from 7pm-12am (cest)
• goal oriented and solution driven.
• previous mmo/raiding experience.time and attention needed for a progression raiding
• guild.communicate ideas & strategies.You prepare yourself for every boss we are doing.
• We don't want to waste time on avoidable mistakes.You are a quick learner.
• activity on guild forums and voicecom.
• We sometimes do extend raids due to progress and we expect you do the same

What we can offer you?

• Stability and Performance.
• Reasonably fast-paced progression through raid content with a focus on progression.
• Good Leadership.Raiding 4+ nights a week.
• A guild with steady progress and full content experience whilst having fun.
• Very social guild in which you can learn and improve your game.
• A knowledgeable and helpful members roster that are playing MMO's for over 10+ years.
• Open ear for member(s) idea(s).

Raiding

We want a rather tight core with people that are rarely in need of a day away from raiding. The closer to 100% attendance, the better, during progression and farm. That way less people will have to be geared up, and less people need to be educated during progression.

We highly value people with the right attitude along with high attendance and excellent performance. Quality raiders will always feel rewarded in our community. Just as important is your team spirit; you play for the guild.

Raid group 2 (to be part of the main 16man group)

Poorly written applications, with spelling errors and an apparent lack of effort, will get a no immediately without being considered. This is not IRC, you have time to use a spellchecker and think of formulations. If you don't make an effort, neither will we.

Upon Acceptance

If you are allowed to join, you will be an Trial and given a trial period (two to four weeks).
We will watch your behaviours and performance upon which we decide to promote you to full member or ask you to leave the guild or remove you from the guild.

You will hear from us within a week (7 days) of sending in your application so please refrain from pestering our officers and members about the status of your application. This can lead to a very bad impression and that will influence in your application process.

i know right, we will be hardcore anyway. there are still the ranks and more so that will be no problem.

 Sounds really nice, so nice that were I not already involved in a family / RL friend guild this post would for sure have my attention..  Its always nice to see real guilds at work recruiting instead of the "trash" that typically spams forums..
