Fable as an MMO

Obviously there would be gameplay issues to overcome, but it is my concept of a prefect MMO.

I'd rather they didn't, in fact i'd rather they didn't make any more of the franchise full stop. Loved the first game but the next 2 were terrible and i'd really hate to see how theyd butcher it even more for an MMO.

I loved 2, my favourite.  Dislike 3, did what all games do. replaced gameplay with graphics.  Did you not like 2???

With topics like this I would be intresting to read how people see it as a MMO or a concept for one. Explain what would make it good to become a MMO.

Keep in mind there are so many single player games that people have played and suddenly they feel they would make a good/great MMORPG, but almost all the time they never explain what would make it a good/great MMO. Or could it be that these persons that want to turn game X into a MMORPG havn't played much singleplayer rpg's? <---

Personaly did enjoy Fable 1 and 3 got them both on pc definitly not in my list of favorite's, but enjoyeble never the less, not sure why I never played 2 but think it didn't release on pc?

I usually love single player RPG's, but love them for what they are "singleplayerRPG's"

Well Rek, I think the game will suffer because it relies heavily on owning property, and not everyone can own everything all the time.  Fortunately it allows for the likes of Rek to say hello in a rather sociable fashion.

It might be able to work, especially with what it's become after 2&3. It's more of a social and political RPG than anything else at this point, and instead of it all working around NPC's it could revolve around players instead maybe?

I don't really care much for the idea personally though, but that is just because I hated what Fable has turned into, certainly not anywhere near what I had invisioned after playing the first one.

I LOVED 1, esp. it's art style and overall setting. Like in Zelda, everything is just so playful. With Fable 2 and 3 they went a bit over the top for my taste.

Lionhead has always been one of my favorite companies for their vision and innovation. But LH games also had ALOT of problems and struggled along the way, like they had to cancel a ton of features for Fable 1.

Never ever in a hundred years would they be able to pull off an MMO.

I think Albion just wouldn't be intresting enough place to build a whole MMO around it.

The first Fable was the great game, but as an MMO it will not work I think

The fable games are too easy.  It would not make a good mmorpg.  Oblivion on the other hand would make a great mmorpg.

The game is dead not, this game is good we make it and Romania Tv give it 5 goat heads, this is good rating for game.

See Mortal Online or Darkfall. They're both just as buggy as oblivion too
