Any good new F2P?

I've been taking a bit of a break from MMOs for the past year, haven't played anything seriously.  Getting a bit bored with the wait for a new AAA MMO so looking for a good F2P to fill in.

Specifically looking for something that has:

• 
  High amounts of character customization.
• 
  Meaningful PVP.
• 
  PVE with some semblence of difficulty, sick of games I can sleepwalk through and solo/duo group content.
• 
  Something new with theme or gameplay, not just the usual fantasy tank/dps/heal stuff.  I should clarify that I don't have anything against the holy trinity, I just want other options available.
• 
  No limits for free players.  Cash shop stuff is fine as long as it's tradable so there's a market for it in game.

One caveat is that since I'm currently in New Zealand some games are unavailable or impossible to play due to lag.

 

I'm considering playing Allods again; I hear there have been a lot of good changes since I quit.  Just wondering whether there's anything new I might have missed lately.  Any suggestions?

I could not suggest this game at this time.

 

 

been playing for about a week and the server has been glitched at least 3 or 4 times.

 

most times it takes no time(under a half hour)

 

but last night it was like 6+ hours.

 

 

Though it's Free to Play.  they still have probs with it

the only f2p game that i can think of that has huge character customization, and no limits for free players is perfect world international...... previous p2p games that went f2p have great character customizations but annoying limitations to free players... so PWI is full free and no limits.... and plenty of people to join guilds, level with, and do stuff.

Trouble is this is the biggest of the most badass wallet drop hole that exists in f2p to date ive heard..

This is odd as its been up all day for me for last 4 days now .

I'd say just try it i've started playing it again after it went free and having a good time.
