This is one of the most mature and constructive threads I've read in a long time. The jist is that a player questions the long-term validity of the game and wonders if the devs will be adding more depth in the future. Threads like this make me very encouraged for the future of this game.

Seems like a rather small community - who has ever heard of this game, really? - and thus it is not so evidently plagued by the issues that come with overpopulation, i.e. a greater knucklehead-to-smart-person ratio. That thread was definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to MMO discussion, but most games that are under the radar are like that. I'd say Glitch players enjoy the game, they want to see it improve, and they (most likely) haven't been disillusioned and jaded by previous games that let them down. In this sense, it's good to preserve a small community, but for most MMOs, that's just not feasible. More and more people are playing nowadays. It's a rather undesirable fact for those who started back in the EQ/UO days, when you knew most of the players on your server (or had at least heard of them).
The community is still relatively small and fresh. The devs are very upfront and the current system lets subscribers vote for what they want implemented next. The other thing is the game is community heavy in every respect so its hard not to be civil. Wroking togther in Glitch nets big rewards so it tends to be very friendly. that being said like all games griefing arguments and the norm do happen.
