Real nice. I am not an EVE subscriber, but that game is worth all awards it can get. Real innovative and made with a solid eye for good quality before big hype.

So? So what? like the others didnt?
And if memory serves it was a member of the EVE-Online community that brought it to the attention of the EVE community first of all, nobody forced anyone into anything here mate.
If the community thinks highly enough of the game to take the time to vote this disqualifies it how exactly?
EVE is CCPs first ever game let alone mmorpg being an independant software house that is totally unlike any other mmorpg (EQ clones), but CCP already have several awards from the industry anyways...... this is just another very well deserved award.
Do tell us all what games should have won in your opinion as you think EVE should be disqualified for the high regards its community and the industry hold it in?

Really, I think EVE deserved those awards, but I do think that the playing field for the poll was a bit unfair.

I do not want to dispute the quality of EVE or anything, but yeah, the others didn't.
