    Overall, very cool stuff.

The giant Model-Ts look a little odd, but not bad.

I wonder if ships will actually be controlled by turning capstans and the like as in the video, or if those are only animations.

From CBT 3, players can coordinate together to man a ship, a player can drop the anchor so the boat doesnt drift, players can put down a sail to slow the boat (probably to manuever a turn better) and also put sails up to make ship go faster.  Players can turn lights on and off at night to possibly hide their position better and also put these wooden planks down when trying to board other enemy ships.

I cant wait til they introduce dynamic storms.. of course no info on this but with the CryEngine 3 and the footage we see with how real the waves look and how the ships react to them, I would imagine this would be a future feature and the seas would not only have giant sea monsters and pirates, but mother nature posing a threat as well.

Wow, that sounds fantastic.  Thank you for the information.

It really looks like they are putting a lot of the little things in this game that will give it real depth, and an authentic virtual world feel.  Definitely looking forward to this game.

Mounts, ships, airships, gliders, and magical carriage things. That's quite a lot of modes of transporation. Looking forward to finding out more.
