The site has an add of Rift being on sale for 4,99, but if I press it it's for 9,99.
It was supposed to be 3~6 november, and I checked it yesterday and today.. but nothing.
That has been going on for 8 month by now, Trion is just not able to sort the prices in their own online store. They vary each click and irritation lead to a ton of threads on their forum already. Same goes on for subsciption fees and US/EU convertions, all is mixed up in there.
My advise would be to buy the game elsewhere, where 30 incl. days are guaranteed and the price you see on the website actually matches the amount your credit card is getting charged. Amazon had it for 12,99 the other day. Or you just wait until a game store is giving out keys for free again.

Yeah, if you actually want to be able to play the game its going to be at least 19.98. 4.99 for the client (which is on sale and does NOT include any gametime) plus 14.99 for the sub.
Trion thinks all users of this site is from US, so the offer is not valid for EU.. its 9.99€ for us.. About triple price compared to 4.99$
In the official forums someone posted a question as to why the EU-price offer on a Trion EU-website leads to another page which is but displaying the price in US dollar. Pretty much to the annoyance of EU customers, this happened frequently.
The official answer from a CM was that Trion wants to make the EU shop accessible for US americans living in europe, too.
I wonder when they start to arrange the EU shop to be accessible for european customers.

I think its 4.99 if u upgrade , so if you already own standard edition then upgrade to collectors or the other one for 4.99
