gameplay questions

like everyone knows we have faction in this game which are allied or declared war on each othter....

what i dont understand is that when u go to berlin u see all mixed fractions walking around, sometimes u see soemone killing another one but you even dont know why.

i have some question about the gameplay:

1. are there certain areas in this game where fraction dont attack each other ?

2. can i attack someone froma a fraction which is not allied with me or neutral outside a mission without getting penalty points ?

3. do i get only penalty points for killing neutral or allied fraction ?

4. whats the point of mission and campaigns and how mission exactly work ?
i tried one mission and all i saw was one very small map (300m tunnel in a circle) and suddenly enemy
spawned.

so from what i understand, this game is like "counterstrike" but with roleplaying and working small economy.
one part of the playerbase do the fights, the other part delivers weapons and equipment with endless mining and producing of items, is that right ?

most of the maps are quiet small and if someone dont expect a game big like neocron, although some things reminds me on this game but thats a very small part only.

Killing people is illegal no matter who they are as far as I am aware. You can only get away with it on missions where your faction sorts out any legal problems that may arise.

that means killfest are only legal on those 300 m long tunnel systems and u have to wait until they sapwn in... ::::07:: ok ok some maps are bigger but common...lol
