Game down?

in World of Warcraft
I was just wondering if anyone was having the same trouble's I was?  Server's down?  Every time I try to log on, it take me to the realm selection screen but it's blank, and it just sit's there, blank, until I exit Warcraft.  So what's up?  I know there said there would be some server maintanance today, but all the forums are down as well I believe.  This true for everyone?

    Tuesday is extended maintenance day -- it runs from 9am EST to 1pm EST earliest (often later). Sometimes it spills over to the forum login server as well, apparently, the way it is set up and linked to the game servers. It's been that way for a while.

    Ah, I see, thank you much.  I've only had the game since the day before they pulled the release (good timing, huh?).  Appreciate the info.
