User unknow = Anyone else still getting this

Hi all

 

Anyone else getting user unknown when trying to login.

I initially registered back in may last year under hotmail and recentley with yahoo email and got a portal login details.

Are the portal login details the same as the game login details please?

If so i cant log in but if not do you get an email saying that you are in the beta?  I assumed it was open beta so no confirmation email was to be sent out but who knows...

Any thoughys chaps...

    after you register with portal.. go to account settings & that is where you set up your game account..
