Any info about Lineage2.eu & Innova?

NC West announce the release of GoD at November 30 http://truly-free.lineage2.com/ it also announce at their forum that no PTS before GoD launch http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=219111 I also found a question of mine answered in an interview:
Q: Are there restrictions to the amount of accounts a person can play at the same time?
A: There are no restrictions and there are currently no plans to change this. However we’d like to add that, with the major improvements to the game in Goddess of Destruction, we do not believe it will be necessary to multi-box in order to level up fast and have an enjoyable gameplay experience. There are no plans to offer character transfers between game accounts.
"but" all that is for NC West so what about the ppl who interested to play on the new EU server Innova will open?
I cant find anything about them no release day yet on their site http://lineage2.eu/ I cant find even a fcking forum to ask what I want my self nothing.. and I keep reading bad things about Innova that the items they sell on cash shop is broken that it migh have restrictions to how many clients u can open that it might have premium accounts so if all this things is true it's completely different from what NC West saying all this time exactly the opposite and I still cant find any info, so if any1 find any info plz post it here thx in advance.

From what I understood of earlier announcements is that when NCWest would start with GoD, also Innova would launch their servers for the EU players. But I gotta say that I am somewhat surprised that NCWest now made the announcement for GoD, while with previous news Innova was earlier. Perhaps NCWest is trying to pull off the current (EU) player base to stay on Naia..?
