need help with GW beta weekend pass confirmation link

i have just won a weekend pass for GW but when i try to claim it i get the following message, i have tried using firefox and I.E. still the same and also used a different computer still the same!   is there any other way i can get round this or another way i can confirm my winning ticket?

any help would be great!!
