Silly Question About Beta Download

Ok...

So yesterday morning I started the Beta download with an average download speed of 820kb/s.

Sometime mid afternoon I looked at the downloader and it had finished. However going by recent threads on the subject I was expecting a 30ish gig download which at 800kb/s wouldn't have expected it to finish in the same day.

I restarted the downloader just to check that it hadn't stopped for some reason and all that happens is it quickly flashes the following message next to the download bar:

"This environment is currently unavailable for play. Pleas try again later"

I checked the size of the download file and it is about 18.5 gigs in size.

I also get 2 system alerts one relating to the account security update requirement for multiple choice questions which I have completed and another relating to the new the new Game Testing Agreement which I have agreed to.

Is this the same as everyone else or should I be redownloading/contacting support?

    I finished my yesterday and my was 18.5 too. Its the right one bro, me and all my friends all got the same thing so you're good to go.

    18.5 is what most people are reporting.

    The 30 GB number is coming from older builds of the game. We used to hav to download around 26 gigs each build.

    They've shrunk the game file size since then (thank goodness!).

    Nope sounds like you have the right one. My question ( not trying to hijack this post ) is do you have to re install each and every beta test?

        My understanding is yes you do.  Look in the Dev Tracker part of the swtor.com forums if you want the exact quote. 

        As for the OP.  Yes, you do seem to have the right download.  You might have to download some more closer to the live date for this weekend though.  I had to for the last beta weekend on both of my computers after getting the same message originally from my initial download.  My suggestion is check it the night prior just in case.

    Download speed in the download client is measured in KB and not kb, which means that you are downloading at a speed above 6Mb/s
