It starts friday.... for some people. They are doing a staggered entry in to the beta weekend based on how soon you rsvp. Some will start Friday, some saturday and still others will only get in on sunday.

Not everyone will get an invite on the 25th. It's a staggared start like the early access will be. The time you get in depends on the time you accepted the beta invite.
Again, they will email you when you can log into the game
