Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)
It's killing me also, i still have the pcgamer magazine sitting by my computer with gw2 on the cover from 9th grade. Needless to say I'm in college now. I'm not playing any MMO (gave swtor a try, and I may be the only person in the world who this it is god awful.) until it is released, so I don't have a chance at feeling "burnt out."
BTW that pictures is how I look everymorning when I check here then the guildwars2 webpage!

I think I litterally just pissed my pants ROFL! I can't imagine no mesmer in gw2, even though who the hell played one in 1? lmao. Yes the longer they wait the more hyped up it is, which increase the risk of failure. However I do not want to play beta for this because I don't wanna hear all the negative testers complaints (who never planned on buying it.) And I want my first experience to be the absolute best (and also not get my first character wiped at the closing of the beta.)
actually i played a mesmer in gw1. and they were soooo op for a while. Mesmer/rit had to be the best combo ever... op+op=the sweat off of gods arse.

Have you ever played PvP at all in GW1?

The only character I ever really invested time into was a mesmer and got quite good at it. Several played it just for pvp as well.

But anyway I am already past the overhypeness of GW2, I no longer read every last bit of info and dont watch any more gameplay videos - I actually decided to not watch it so I wont spoil myself with the beauty and exploregasm I wanna feel when I play the game myself
Righ now I enjoy Skyrim and Im contented
