i realy enjoyed Night altough it is not very long it is a very well written book and very discriptive which makes it very informational but it is about the holocaust so if you do not like to read about those kinds of things then you probably wouldent like this book

    Best books i've read:

    Mixed Blessings
Danielle Steel shows us the mixed blessingswe face as we build our families and live our modern lives.  She touches us with the triumphant people who prevail, their victories, their defeats, their tragedies and joys, their compromises, their lives.

    Now and Forever
Although Jessica and Ian Clarke have been married  seven years, they insist the thrill and excitement  haven't dimmed. At Jessica's urging, Ian has quit  his advertising job to become a struggling writer,  and she supports him with her successful San  Francisco boutique.

    Passion's Promise
Smart, beautiful, and very rich, Kezia Saint Martin leads two lives: one as a glamorous socialite jetting between the poshest places in Europe and America; the other, under a false name, as a dicated journalist committed to justice and her profession.
But the two worlds are pulling her apart, leaving her conflicted about her identity and the lies she tells to every man she meets. Then she meets Lucas Johns, a bold, dynamic crusader for social change -- and an ex-con. Their attraction is immediate, but their love may be just one step from tragedy at any time.

I have to say I really enjoyed Lowis Lowry's The Giver and the David Pelzer books. I tend to be attracted to auto-biographys and real life stories. I have to say Elie Wiesel is one of the best authors I have ever read. His book the Night was such a good book. I did read a controversial novel which was pretty funny but Brent Hatrtinger. It was rather interesting. Anyways just my 2 cents.

    Anything Terry Pratchett.

    Almost anything Robert Rankin

Anything Neil Gaiman (books, not Sandman)

    Pratchett/Gaiman: Good Omens

And Jeff Long: "Descent" and "Year Zero"

"This is not a game to be tossed aside lightly.
It should be thrown with great force"

    Hello All,

Best Novel I've read: Matarese Circle, Robert Ludlum

Robert Ludlum is a smart man that knows how to rap up a story in a believable manner. He writes his characters and their struggles in an educated form, always pertinent to the subject matter. Don't get me wrong. I'm not a fan of all his work. This one, however, strikes me as his best; having read all his books.

Currently Reading: On The Shoulders of Giants: The Great Works of Physics and Astronomy, Edited, with commentary by Stephen Hawking.

This is the kind of book that not many can enjoy. For myself, I find it to be the kind of book to the break the doldrums of crappy Novels and Technical Journals. It has much history to it's plee and is highlighted by one of the great Astro-Physicists of our modern era. It's a delightful read and is cheaper than 2 months of online gaming. :)
