SWtor does not need the latest greatest graphics, why complain about graphics.
I mean gameplay> graphics, and this statement is true.
Ill give you exmaples of mmo that have great great grpahics but nothing inside.
Vanguard, FFXIV, Mortal Online. Now look what happened to those mmo games. Oh and Age of Conan.
I rest my case. You Dont need the greatest latest graphics, mmo players dont need those things.
I mean come on why do you complain the grpahics look cartoony, as long as the gameplay holds.
The graphics are fantastic ; Some may say the style is not but that is another matter.
The detail in this game is more than any MMO should ever need. Graphics don't = gameplay/longevity or scale.
Not true, one of the reasons i still play LOTRO is because game-world is amazing. It certanly isnt only reason, but it has its weight. Now SWTOR with its graphics and style dont have anything in that departement.

I felt the same way about LOTRO. My GF keeps going back to Aion, because she loves the way it looks. Neither game ever had the latest graphics, but they're both much more impressive to me in terms of art direction. I think that can do a lot to keep players coming back to a game.
When I want a single-player story, I'll play a single-player game. When I play an MMO, I want a massively multiplayer world.
