Gave me a good laugh! Best satire I've seen in a long while!

Great stuff, made me laugh. But reading the comments made me sad, I really can't imagine how some people would take this as true. Must be trolling.

You are right because if people actually read more than 2 lines from the top they wouldn't miss something so obvious.

Right off the bat, the gay supporting software company Blizzard, shows the player images of decapitations and after the third of forth head chopping, a necromatic dragon appears and sets the player free from righteous punishment. Now that the player is free, they will spend the next 400 hours robbing people, killing villagers, crafting sexual items, fornicate with elves and other Harry Potter style animals and also learn how to conjure up black magic.

But we live in times where people can't be even bothered to read one page article.

How many servers SWTOR will launch with on release?

ShredderSE - Umm how many do they need? Maybe 6.
US, EU, Asian, France, German and Russian.
Subs will be so low there is no need for more
    Snoocky-How many servers?
The first 3 months a lot...after that 2 i guess, one for PVE and 1 for PVP...

Thorbrand - SWTOR doesn't have longevity at all. Might be one of the shortest lived MMOs.

Lol. Nice article, satire well done image

What's even  more ironic, there really are people that in all their seriousness manage to outparody this parody article image

The ACTUAL size of MMORPG worlds: a comparison list between MMO's

The ease with which predictions are made on these forums:
Fratman: "I'm saying Spring 2012 at the earliest [for TOR release]. Anyone still clinging to 2011 is deluding themself at this point."

Wait, what?! No-one uses the interrobang?!

Peoples reactions to obvious parody are most often funnier than the parody itself.

Quoting from the article, "...you will see the hand gesture is that of how homosexuals fling devil DNA juices at each other after a long night of fecal frenzy <beep> assassinations ".

Now that is some good journalism writing. bahahahaha

    Article Quote:

SKYRIM LINGO: DOVAHKIIN – Is the supposed citizens of Skyrim, but is a code word that means:

    D – Dirty

    O – Orifice

    V – Violation

    A – Always

    H – Hurts

    K – Keep

    I – Injecting

    I – It

    N – Naiant

    ROFL!! awesome article.

I had to block a few people in this thread. Not because they were being offensive. Just so incredible stupid I seriously doubt they would have anything meaningful to contribute with, now or in the near future posting wise.

LOL... That was a great read but people should have known it was a joke from the first paragraph as they got very few facts right. I needed a good laugh with my coffee this morning... Thanks!

Its easier to not do anything about it, and pretend it has not effect becuase the latter means to make a big deal out of something that rarely happens if there is a correlation it is weak at best.

Its like someone trying to explain religion, if they keep it to themselves no one will make a fuss. However trying to explain how it is real puts them in an awkward position, when there is no proof for or lack off really.

The same with trying to explain the need for a legal system, and what the criminal code should have. THe more laws beyond general crimes, the more criticism it gets. For example laws of slander and libel. It seems beyond what is normal, but it amkes sense.

Is it impossible to assume that video games have an affect on kids? Its easier to dismiss as completely wrong, but it is also irrational to not consider what ever truth that holds as well.

So this article is funny, but it touches on a serious subject about violence, and how that has been assoicated with video games.

One thing I do notice with modern video games is that they make people more into zombies than before, maybe that is thier treatment for nerd rage. So instead of admitting it, the software dumbs down its users to make them more passive. Conspiracy theory begins... well, in all seriousness its probably the more realistic games playing an affect on the mind, and possibly the addictiveness. So why do games turn people into zombies? For example mmos turn people into zombies as a stereotype, and people who play fps adrenanlin based games are on edge and very quirky. I am guessing, fps players play less, and due to them competing against other players their adrenal glands are kicking higher than mmos.

Well, see it in the near future that games in the 90s banned due to causing nerd rage leading to violence and not equiped with passifying mechanisms such as good graphics.

Those facts along should tell you that this whole article is a complete joke and clearly the author has never played the game himself.

    Haha!

All I cant do is laugh at this stupid post.

But there might be some people out in the world who might feel what the post sais

But those stats? Are they from random people, or from people at Christwire.org?

Because I know alot of people who playes Skyrim, and none wants to try gay-sex after playing.

And if its from people within Cristwire.org, they have a very weak faith in their religion to be temped that easily from a game.

    Still... Hahahahaha!

Hmmm, twisted article, seriously. The author is just someone who's looking for attention and something to hate. I've played about 100 hours, I'm a devout christian studying to be a Pastor under teachers who most call extremely Legalistic. I guess there are things, like the magic stuff that people could get offended about, but all that other stuff? I dont' know, I didn't notice all that mess that the author of this article is ranting about.
