A friend of mine has exactly this problem as well .. Though he's not really able to actually pay that long distance phone fee/charge, which sort of sucks, however - he apparently somehow managed to get it sorted out through email, not entirely sure, even though he has to provide proof that he is who he's saying he is etc.
I reset the password and that didn't solve a thing. It keeps asking for a security question I never chose. As for the op n others I know there are lots out there now with the same problem cuz this 3 hr wait time is ridiculous.
If the login/password servers are fudged then delay releasing the game instead of putting up servers to more only to have them be taken down in an hour's time.

This isnt a game problem its a website issue. sure it affects u in game. but players have been told for weeks to reset password and set security questions and if u didnt there were gonna be issues
Im not saying u didnt set them . I just havent had the issue u are. Neither has my gf
That said this has nothign to do with adding new servers or thigns like that its nothign to do with launch. Its all about account protection not actualy stability of game
So this issue wont be bringing servers down at all. it may keep a few players out of game a day or so but it wont stop those of us with no issue from playing tor.
LOL I found out that the security question I thought I didn't answer well was one I did answer. After 3 hours on the phone I found out that the answer for me to the question "What is your library card # ?" was I don't know LOLOLOLOL That was the answer I had chosen. I laughed so hard and told the phone support to put this recorded call on Youtube. LOLOLOL
as for the amount of time I waited it really should not have been that long ...
and as for the service I received when the call was taken well the guy was top notch and patient

Great. Now they're going to treat people like myself who really are being asked security questions they did not put in as idiots.
Also. 2 hours in queue... then they disconnected me. Sigh. Back in the queue I go.

been on hold for support for my question for about 45 minutes now......not happy
try 2.5 hrs and expect to wait 3 hrs ... what most people are saying
Money is the root of all evil.
OP...just reset your PW..
Had the same problem with security questions a few weeks ago right before my first beta weekend, reset does your pw and the questions.
First thing you should do is send them an email because it's a permanent record of your "issue" in the system and they DO respond.

So since EA struck again, would it be fair to say that EA "strikes back"?

I can confirm this does not work.
