So, I click on Pre-Order now button on the client patcher and I get "Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ is not available in your region"

 

Is there a way to purchase the game digitally? Because ordering the hard copy will take at least 7 days due to customs and shipping. Have they thought about this inconvenience it might cause their potential customers?

 

I played tens of MMORPGs and I always buy the digital version of the game from the game's website easily and SWTOR is the only one blocking me.

Officially it's impossible for you to buy digital version of the game, since EA's own store (Origin) is the only digital distributor and they don't sell SWTOR to your country.

But it's sold on gamersloot.net: https://gamersloot.net/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=2268&cPath=469

Bioware has officially stated that there will be no IP block, so even if you can't buy the game in your country you'll be able to play.

Well, I was also a red zoner until someone pointed me in the right direction: buying the game from Origin UK.

 

However, I am not entirely sure this applies to your country.

I like gmbar.com but I'm afraid they'd steal my money and I get nothing back. I don't trust these websites. Anyone with good experience buying from gmbar.com?

I am looking for a CE CD keys and I don't mind paying $150 just for the key (don't care for the stuff inside the box).
