MO focus group leader using trials

Well the Focus group leader Aphilas is using trial accounts to repair the TC towers.  Everyone and his brother knows this is an obvious exploit.  Everyone knew Aphilas has used shady tactics before.  How was he mad focus group leader when A. he was off the game for several months.  B. everyone knows about the rampant bullhorse "breeding".

Yet another proof of SVs dice rolling trial and error design approach. Any sensible sandbox makes you drops the "newbie" flag as soon you perform any action that can be counted as hostile, but apparently no-one in SV thought of it being used for towers..
