Amazing customer support from day 1

I has my pre-access invite. Yey!

..But i am stupid enough to enter my security question answer wrong, amd my account is locked. Actually i am nearly sure that i gave the correct answer but not that sure. Oh well. There is a solution, right?

Solution is, telephone support it seems.  And they say "we can't solve this over e-mail! Please call our Customer Service team toll-free on:

1855 GO SWTOR (1855 467 9867) from the USA

or +8000 BIOWARE (00800 0246 9273) from the United Kingdom, France or Germany.

If you’re calling from a country other than the USA, UK, France or Germany, you may call us on 0044 203 564 2555, but please be advised that international call rates may apply.

Since i am not a lucky bastard who lives in a beatiful country like most of you, i went with the number 00442035642555. I am calling that number for nearly 5 hours now. And all i hear is a Indian lady who says "All our agents are currently busy now" in a very weird accent.. I sent them another mail and nearly begged. "I can give you my bill of purchase, CE code, my ID even my virginity just open my damned account!" but no.. It seems i must call the number, nothing else can be done.

Oh and that number just gives a weird signal now, not even a Indian lady.

To sum it up, if your account is locked and you don't live in a nice country, good luck getting it back.

Stages of a new mmo: 1) It's just beta. It still has plenty of time before release. 2) It just launched. Give it time. WoW wasn't built in a day. 3) We don't need you anyway. 4) F2P announced. 5)Huge influx of players. 6) Look how much has changed. 7) Cash shop is the only thing developed lately. 8) It has been a long journey and we thank everyone who was part of it. Shutting down in 3 months. (Courtesy of Robokapp.)

Headset - Skype - Call phone - Set country to US - Call their toll-free number for free, no credits needed or anything.

Which actually isn't an error, it just means your account is not yet active since you havn't been invited yet.

Who would have thought they might be overloaded on release day? Seriously, cut them some slack. If you've ever worked at a big software company on release day, you would know things tend to get a little crazy... especially in support.

Yeah, I mean come on man.  They have like a million-bajillion people logging in and they're shattering world records for sales, logins, accounts created and pedofiles active on one game.  Of course they're going to be busy today

You might also want to go into edit your security questions and screenshot the page so that you can look them up if you forget.

How did you screw up your security question? Now you have the audacity to blame Bioware?!
