Kookubara?

Hi guys,

So im playing at Innova european server atm :) And i was wondering does EE need kookubara? Well i know it really helps and all.... but it's leveling very slow... im 49 and its lvl is 25 :/ Any tips how to lvl it faster or something?  

The main question is is it worth leveling it up?

    Well I'm leveling a wolf which I think levels at the same speed and I have it bouncing between 3 alts at the moment. I level it with one character until the next armor grade then send it to another and do the same. By the time I level all three toons to the same grade the wolf is roughly the same level. It's not perfect but it seems to be working as the wolf levels at about 1/3rd the pace as one character. Ultimately I want to give it to my level 54 SE as a leveling companion when it hits level 55 and becomes a Great Wolf. It will give my SE a little more 'bite' while soloing.... Pun intended... LOL

    No time to check official info now but i bealive wolf takes 30% of master xp and baby pets only 5%.

    Someone allready mentioned on official forums that the % of xp change acording to diference lvl betwen master and pet, dont know if it is true.

    Also, alot of players make alts after alts to lvl pets...

    i give up for now, when my main reach lvl 85 i will think about it  :)

    No... Great Wolf takes 30-40% after level 55... Same as an Improved Baby Pet. Regular wolf is the same(5-10%) as it follows the same leveling guidlines now since they introduced the baby pets. The variance in the percentages depends on the pet's level in comparison to the character's level that is it's master. The higher the difference in level the less experience the pet leaches. So if your are around the pet's level it will hit the maximum of 10% or 40% depending on if the pet is under 55(10%) or over level 55 and evolved(40%). If you are 10+ levels above your pet it will only leach the minimum percentage for it's level but if you are level 85 with a level 25 pet the amount of experience you gain will still make the pet level fast. I saw one guy on the official forums who said between levels 68 and 69 his level 15 wolf gained 15 levels at a leach rate of 5%.

     

    Edit: You also have to remember that a level 40 pet will take a lot less experience to get to level 41 then a character of the same level. A pet may only take 30,000 exp to get to level 41 where a character will need 100,000 exp. to reach level 41. This is why it's only 1/3rd slower instead of being 1/20th(5%) or 1/10th(10%) slower to gain a level.

    Hm... Alting just for lvling kookubara? Nah... I'll just grind it as i lvl my main i guess :) Its 28 now :)) And thanks for info about what % of exp pets take :)
