Graphics Issue

in Star Wars: The Old Republic

I am having green beams of light and sheets of green randomly flash on my screen in some areas. Has anyone else seen this? If so, is there a fix besides waiting patiently for a driver update? I have the ATI 5770 HD and I have tried every tweak that I know of...any suggestions?

    I have the same graphics card as you (ATI 5770) and Ive never seen green streaks...Ive seen an unusal greenish hue to some of the landscape, thats it.

    This was happening to me in the open beta as well I think it's just a bug with that particular area.

    I have a Nvidia GTX 480 btw.

    It's just the Republic starter area with that bug... had the same issue to some degree with a gtx 570. Was worse in beta then EA though.

    Everything I say is my opinion or personal preference. You may or may not find it useful to your cause but regardless I am entitled to it.

    some like to have aa on even if it doesnt affect transparency(if at least they used ss and mlaa

    LOL...I may do that until a patch comes out that fixes it. I can use my smuggler to roll away from them to avoid them. More content for me = win!

    I've got same problems, ATI 4850. I only remember seeing those in jedi starter area, and even in there they were are. Unless the problem is a lot more common with you than what I had to experience, no need to care about it.
