Is your game unplayable? Laggy, turn slow....

If your like me and don'e spend zillions of dollars on upgrading your computer to run skynet to have graphics at max, then here is what helped me in SWOTR.  I'm using a laptop now. So not top of the line.   I went to options, turned down everything on medium and turned off SHADOWS.  Shadows are not important to me anyway, but the fps went up  and lag went away making the game plaable on my two year old laptop.  Oh and make sure you do have some memory.

I haven't had any issues running with it other than the occasional hiccup, but I've heard a lot of people say that turning off the shadowing has worked wonders for them.  So good advice.

I have been hit by the lag monster twice in someone elses instance, it was so horrible it has to be on the server/game side, or a problem with the game.  I hardly ever lag, but I couldn't hardly do anything in one, and another was a little bad, and the instance was nothing special for graphics...

 

They still need to work bugs out, my wife gets like half of her light side points or none a lot of the time whcn shes grouped, bunch of little things, bad harvesting nodes and such...
