Hows your binds?

Razer got the keyboard, mouse, headphones and the mouse pad, anyone get any of the stuff and how is it working for you?

Theres so many binds in this game, having a companion just adds more keys needed.  Its alot of fun having so many different abilities to use in fighting but the problem is you have to bind them all to quick access keys so you can become an even better mass murder machine.  If I didnt have my Logitech G700 mmo gaming mouse I think Id be struggling quite a bit finding a place for all of them, as it stands though Iv got 11 binds binded to my mouse, some for my companion and some the rest are for my main attack abilities for my Jedi Sentintel.  Hows are yours setting up for you?

    I don't have any special gaming keyboards or mice,  I was able to bind all of my important abilities, and I do quite well if I do say so myself.

    It is tough to remember all the buttons when playing different classes sometimes.

    Yup, indeed a great many binds. Using;

    1 - 7

    shift + 1 - 5

    alt + 1 - 5

    ctrl + 1 - 5

    q, e, r, t, f, c, x, `

    shift + q, e, r, t, f, c, x, `

    + emotes and rp abilities on the keyboards G-keys (i hate their placing for prime skills).

    For me, the best way to learn keybinds is PVP warzones/battlegrounds.  Set up a new bind before the match and then practice it and see how well you do.  Plus, it's good to remember that you can shift or crtl bind the mouse buttons.  I use that for AOE targeted abilities like mortar volley.

    I moved the top row to the bottom ala WoW and all other similar games. I use pretty much the same keybinds on all MMO games to keep from having to retrain my finger memory.

    Top Center:

    F1 - F5 = short term, frequently used debuffs or other cooldowns I need to keep an eye on

    ` = my opener

    S+1 - S+6 = various less freqently used spells like melee skills on a ranged character.

    Bottom Center:

    1 - 6 = most used items in order of use (if I have a fairly static rotation) or priority.

    R = an interrupt

    F = some form of CC

    V = something that breaks CC done to me

    A+1 - A+3 = CC and/or AoE

    Left (top to bottom):

    C+1 - C+6 =  buffs

    S+T = backup to below

    T = potion or whatever "oh shit healmyself" spell I've got

    S+G = alternate food/drink.

    G = food/drink or whatever recuperation/rest spell I have

    H = fast travel / hearthstone

    Mouse:

    Autorun = buttom 5

    Walk Backwards = button 4

    Middle = nothing, ever.
